All prices on the website are stated with VAT and all Danish taxes, duties etc. We reserve the right for price and typing errors.
If the goods are to be sent to another EU country, you still have to pay Danish VAT, but not customs due to the rules on the free movement of goods.

Purchase agreement:

In order for you to shop at Kila Jewels cph, you must provide the following information in connection with the purchase so that we can complete the transaction and send the goods to you:

When you have sent your order and Kila Jewels cph has received and approved it, a purchase agreement has been entered into. Kila Jewels cph will send you an invoice per email as soon as we have received your order and the goods have been dispatched. We do not store the information about your order in print, so remember to save the order confirmation you receive per mail.

We reserve the right for obvious price errors, as well as stock status, if the item is not in stock even if it is listed as it is, it can be ordered home within a few days and be in your hands within 5 working days, if stock is available.


We only withdraw the money when the item has been sent or made ready for collection.

    With Anyday you can pay over 4 months. You pay the first installment when the item is delivered, and the remaining amount is paid over the following 3 months.     If you shop with a payment card, you use your card number and the card's expiry date. You will never be asked to provide your personal PIN code.
    If you use your card online and thus do not use your PIN code, you are protected against misuse. No more can be withdrawn than the amount that you have accepted at the time of purchase. There is no excess in the event that your card is misused in an Internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. If you shop in a physical store, you have an excess of DKK 1,200 when your Dankort is misused by using the PIN code.
    At Kila Jewels cph, we transfer your payment data via a secure SSL connection. This means that the information is sent in encrypted form. Neither we nor anyone else has the opportunity to read your payment data.
    When you use a payment card at Kila Jewels cph, we do not register and store either card or account information.


    We do our best to pack and send the item within 1-3 working days, we give this a very high priority. we use GLS as a starting point and cannot be held responsible for the delivery time of the single freight company that is used.

    Delivery to Denmark costs DKK 39. incl. Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

    Right of withdrawal:

    Should you regret your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the item, we will of course take it back. The right of return can only be used if the goods are in the same condition and quantity. If the item has been used, cancellation cannot be made. You may try the piece on, but it must not be worn. All jewelery is carefully examined upon receipt as well as dispatch. If the piece of jewelery has been used, it will be returned to you and you must pay the associated costs.

    Note: For goods purchased in our physical store, normal exchange rules apply - i.e. the item can be exchanged for another item and not returned, the item can be exchanged within 30 days, otherwise a credit certificate valid for 3 years will be issued.

    You should be aware that the original packaging typically represents a value and the original packaging must also be returned. The shipping costs associated with this will not be returned.

    ​As a customer, you have several ways in which the right of withdrawal can be used. If you regret your purchase before we have sent the item, the easiest way to cancel the order is to send an email with the order number and personal data, then we will delete the order as soon as possible.

    When you return the item, please state the order number and the account number to which the money must be transferred - for fast dispatch.
    If you cancel the purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to you by a transfer to your bank, when the item has been returned and checked that it meets the conditions for the right of cancellation to be exercised, the amount will be transferred to the account number sent with it.
    Please do not send items by cash on delivery as these are rejected on receipt.

    Right of complaint:

    There is a 2-year right of complaint from the date of purchase. In the event of a complaint, it is usually exchanged for a new piece of jewelry, otherwise it is sent for repair. For special repairs, extra delivery time may occur. This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects or defects. This therefore does not apply if the jewelery has broken due to wear, shock, default, etc. No guarantee is given for gilding / gold plating.

    Take good care of your jewellery, therefore refrain from bathing and sleeping with your jewelery on, avoid all contact with perfume, cream etc. on the jewellery.

    Be aware that some gemstones cannot withstand water and can be damaged or discoloured, this applies to Amber, Pearls, Corals and Opals.

    Keep your jewelery neat by storing them individually in small ziplock bags and closing them tightly so that air cannot get in and oxidize the jewellery. 


    Complaint access:

    At Kila Jewels Copenhagen, we make sure that the customer is at the center and receives the best possible customer service. Unfortunately, misunderstandings can occur so that you, as a customer, do not feel that you have received a good service.

    If that were to happen, we would like you to write to us about it at .
